Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the HUNDRED SOLUTION Android application handles information entered into its project-planning, favourites, Projects, Contact Us, and related features.

2. Information Entered in a Project Brief

When you create or edit a project brief, the app can process the following fields:

• Project name — required; used to identify the brief in Projects.
• Your name — required; used as part of the project-planning record.
• Email address — required; used as contact information within the project brief.
• Phone number — required; used as contact information within the project brief.
• Business type — required; used to provide project context.
• Primary solution — required; records the selected HUNDRED SOLUTION service category.
• Preferred timeline — required; records the planning timeframe selected by the user.
• Planning budget range — required; records the user-selected budget range for planning purposes.
• Notes or requirements — optional; used to store any additional project context entered by the user.

3. Favourites and Project History

The app can store selected solution identifiers for the Favourites feature. Completed project briefs are retained so they can be reviewed, edited, or deleted from the Projects section.

4. Storage and Transmission

Project briefs, favourites, and related project-history information are stored in app-private on-device storage. The current application does not use a backend server, remote database, Firebase, authentication service, or project-submission API to automatically transmit project brief information to HUNDRED SOLUTION.

The Contact Us screen can open an external email application when the user deliberately selects the email action. The app does not send the email itself. The Contact Us screen can also open an external web browser when the user chooses the website action.

5. Retention and Deletion

Saved project briefs and favourites remain on the device until the user deletes an individual project brief, uses the Clear App Data control available from the Privacy Policy screen, clears the application's Android storage, or uninstalls the app.

6. Payments and Sensitive Information

HUNDRED SOLUTION does not request or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, card PINs, online-banking credentials, passwords, identity documents, or authentication tokens. No payment gateway is implemented in the current version.

7. Permissions and Device Features

The current app does not request location, camera, microphone, media-library, contacts, or notification permissions. It does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, Firebase, user accounts, or authentication.

8. Data Sharing

Project brief data is not automatically shared with HUNDRED SOLUTION or another external service by the app. Information is only exposed outside the app when the user deliberately interacts with an external email application or browser from Contact Us.

9. Security

The app uses Android app-private storage for retained project information. No system can be described as completely secure, so users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in optional notes.

10. Children's Privacy

HUNDRED SOLUTION is a general business-planning application and is not designed to collect information from children.

11. User Choices

Users can manage favourites, edit or delete project briefs, clear app data using the in-app control, clear Android app storage, or uninstall the application.

12. Changes to this Policy

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data-handling behaviour changes. An updated effective date should be provided whenever material changes are made.
